Nearest 'cheap' parking: Terrein Raiffeisenstraat Paid parking with pin, city-pass parking or pay-by-phone parking (no cash): € 2.50 for the first hour, then € 2.30 per hour/maximum € 8 per day.
As a rule, the invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice is always sent 15 days in advance. In this way, the invoice will always be paid no later than the day before the trip. If you want to make specific agreements that deviate from this, you can always contact us.
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, the invoice must always be paid in advance, no later than the day before the outing. We do this for two reasons. On the one hand, we have to incur considerable costs in advance and we want to be able to guarantee healthy business operations. That is the main reason. On the other hand, we want to be able to maintain control in a situation where there is a decrease in participants. The invoice is based on the number of agreed participants. If this number decreases, we want to be able to determine to what extent we apply the General Terms and Conditions or whether we apply leniency in a certain form. If we want to apply leniency, because the situation demands it, then our condition is that the invoice is first settled before we proceed. In this way, we can consider what is realistic, in consultation, as this varies per outing. Please note that the General Terms and Conditions are always leading. Leniency is, unfortunately, not a given.
This is also stated in our General Terms and Conditions, which is always leading. However, we always try to think along with you whenever possible. You can, therefore, state the number of participants up to 15 days in advance. That is the moment we will send the invoice. Unfortunately, we can no longer credit cancellations if we have been notified afterwards. This is a great deal of administrative work for us, and we must have a cut-off point. Should we have to process every change that is still communicated to us in the short term, the cost per outing would automatically be higher due to personnel costs, and that would not be beneficial for anyone. Moreover, the costs we make are based on the number you have passed on. Adding participants after this period is always possible in consultation. However, this may vary per activity.
Yes, definitely. We have a mobile ATM that accepts (contactless) payments from debit cards as well as credit cards. This is generally intended for the payment of drinks (drinks on account or individual extra drinks). Please note: if you want to pay the invoice for the outing yourself by pin or credit card, a surcharge of 2.75% is added.
We use two types of discount: discount packages and graduated pricing.
Discount packages are advantageously priced and ideal if you want us to fully organise the day for you. We have a standard of four packages to choose from, but other combinations are also possible. If you choose two activities and a buffet in the quote calculator, we will send you a customised quote containing the discount for the discounted package after you have received the standard quote.
The second discount we apply is incorporated in the graduated pricing. Simply put: the larger the group, the more discount. You can see the different prices per activity on the relevant activity pages.
Our location is always available for every group unless our planning does not allow for it. We always reserve our space for only one group, and we often receive several groups in one day. However... We also work together with some very nice diners/cafés, where there is often a private room available. So... Is your date set, but our schedule does not allow you to visit our location? No problem, we will just move it to another (equally nice) location.
We work with several locations, all located in the centre of Eindhoven. The best location is always based on the composition of your group and your outing. We work together with, among others, diner Dommel 18, diner At the Movies, café 't Lempke, diner Barney's and diner Loods 61. We always look for the best fit for each group and base our choice on this. Of course, you always have the last say, so if you are not satisfied with our choice, let us know. As you can see, there are plenty of options and there is always a suitable solution.
Have you booked an outdoor activity, but the weather will be bad? You can call us up to 48 hours in advance to make arrangements. By bad weather, we mean that the activity will suffer from the weather. A few drops of rain is not included in that definition. When very bad weather is predicted, we will discuss the options. Doing the outdoor activity in a modified form is a realistic option. An indoor activity is always an option when our location or one of our fall-back options is available. Cancellation is only applicable under exceptional circumstances.
Yes. You decide for yourself at what time you want to start the activities or, for example, when the buffet will be opened. Let us know how you envision your planning, and we will advise you on what you should choose. Always take the duration of an activity into account. We can almost always adjust it for you, but please let us know in advance.
Yes, we can meet all wishes (in theory). Our buffets are provided by Slagerij Beerens on the Kruisstraat, and because we are only a phone call away from them, we can always ensure that all wishes are taken into account. Everything is prepared fresh, so we can often pass on last-minute wishes. Please notify us on time if you require halal meat because this is specially purchased.
Yes, we have our own courtyard where you can stand or sit for a while.
We are located on a higher floor. Although it is only on the first floor, we do not have an elevator, unfortunately. Our toilet is also only accessible via a (three-step) staircase. If your group has one or several less-able-bodied people, it is best to contact us by phone. If our location is not suitable for this, we will do our utmost to find a nice location where we can still allow your outing to take place, including access for the less-able-bodied people.
In fact, this is included in the price of our company outings. With quizzes, but possibly also with GPS Games, we always ask you to submit your own questions. We then incorporate these into the activity. We also incorporate company logos in our activities where possible. Personalised prizes are also always possible. With certain groups (who often return or with a certain size), we also use prizes with a company logo. If you specifically request this, we can also take care of it. Even if you have other ideas of your own to make your outing more personal, we are always open to it.
Absolutely. We are very mobile with most activities, so we can almost always organise an outing on location. That is very handy if you have to take the WKR into account. Bear in mind that extra costs can sometimes be added if, for example, we have to tailor our outdoor activities completely to size. This does not apply to indoor activities.
Yes. Our staff is used to speaking English, and all of the games/quizzes or workshops are available in English as well. Please let us know up front that you want an activity in English so we can prepare accordingly. If you want a last-minute switch from Dutch to English, this might be a problem with some of our activities. We will try our best to make it happen in such a case, of course.
